Grapes:  autochthonous white vine
Alcoholic content: 12,5%

Matured in steel barrels under controlled atmosphere, then 3 months stabilized and refined in glass bottles.
Light straw yellow colour, intense but delicate with acacia flowers bouquet.
Very fresh and pleasant taste to the palate. Light bodied wine.
Very good with any kind of starters (fish, vegetables, salami or ham).
Serve at 8-10° C.
